To help ensure satisfaction with existing image orders, we provide an image preview so that users can view the area of interest and the specific locations of clouds if they are present. As such, we do not provide refunds on existing image orders. If you receive your image and it is materially different from what you ordered or is flawed in any way, please let us know by reaching out at maxar-support@skyfi.com. If a new image cannot be captured during the tasking window or is captured but has not met the required specification or there’s an identified issue, we will provide a full refund or reorder.
