How do I understand the metadata (meta.json) file?

Your metadata file will display various technical information. Please see the outline below:

General Information

• version – The version of the metadata schema.
• generationTime – The timestamp when the metadata was generated.
• productOrderId – A unique identifier for the ordered product.
• productCatalogId – The catalog identifier associated with the product.
• imageDescriptor – A description of the image product.
• bandId – Identifies the spectral band(s) in the image.
• panSharpenAlgorithm – The algorithm used for pan-sharpening, if applicable.

Image Dimensions & Processing

• numRows – The number of rows (height) in pixels.
• numColumns – The number of columns (width) in pixels.
• productLevel – Processing level of the product (e.g., raw, orthorectified).

• numberOfLooks – The number of independent looks used in radar processing.
